Sophia Li is a highly trained and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with over a decade of experience. She completed 2200 hours of massage training in Edmonton and has treated clients from ages 5 to 95. Sophia’s approach is client-centered; she listens closely to each client's needs and creates tailored treatment plans to relieve pain and promote natural healing. Her expertise spans various therapies, including Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Hot Stone Therapy, Thai Table Massage, Bamboo Massage, and Aromatherapy. Dr. Chris Keay, a registered acupuncturist and herbalist in Alberta, graduated from the Alberta College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2005.
