Welcome to Relief Massage Therapy! Led by Rachel Hooker, a graduate of Makami College in Calgary, Alberta, Rachel holds a 3000-hour RMT certification and has been practicing since 2018. With extensive experience as a mobile massage therapist and in various chiropractic clinics and yoga studios, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her practice.

Expertise and Approach
Rachel specializes in Rapid NeuroFascial Reset (RNFR), having completed three certifications as a Rapid Specialist. This technique effectively addresses myofascial and NeuroFascial restrictions, providing relief for challenging cases. Her treatment philosophy is informed by her passion for weightlifting and yoga, leading to a functional approach in both assessment and treatment.

Rachel is dedicated to delivering effective and compassionate care for both acute and chronic pain. She customizes each treatment plan to restore pain-free mobility using a combination of RNFR, cupping, acupressure, and traditional Swedish massage techniques.
