I was born in Calgary, Alberta, and I proudly claim the title of one of the original Calgarians. As a rambunctious child, I was always outside—whether making mud pies or riding my bike—never content with sitting in front of a TV. Even as a young person, I knew I was meant to help others, particularly with their health. This passion led me to nursing, where I loved caring for my patients. However, over time, I realized that the rigid rules and regulations of the profession limited the impact I could have. I needed more freedom to truly make a difference.

That’s when I transitioned into massage and bodywork. Here, I found my true calling. I began to create personalized healing experiences, working with my clients to release built-up stress and tension from their hectic lives. As I continued to learn and grow in my practice, I integrated various techniques to enhance the overall healing process. My sessions evolved from simple massages to full-body experiences that address not just the physical, but the emotional and spiritual aspects as well.

Why Emotional and Spiritual Healing Matters
Throughout my life, I have been blessed with good health, but I’ve faced my own internal struggles, particularly with weight. These challenges were rooted in deep-seated belief systems and were not something Western medicine could address. I realized that drugs and counseling weren’t the solutions; reconnecting with my true self was. Through reflection, meditation, and working with spiritual mentors, I released the emotional baggage of guilt, shame, and a limiting “I can’t” mindset.

Though I continue to work on myself every day, these practices have allowed me to step into my full potential. This is what I wish for my clients: as we work together in a safe and nurturing environment, we release emotions and memories that no longer serve us, allowing for true healing. Yes, you will receive an amazing massage, but you will also experience a release of pent-up emotions, enabling deep personal growth.

My clients often describe their sessions with me as “receiving unconditional love on the table,” which warms my heart. I look forward to connecting with your heart, supporting you, and helping create positive change in all areas of your life.

Female Bodywork
A deeply nurturing hour designed to relax tight muscles and release knots, making it easier to move freely. This session may include massage, reflexology, and myofascial cupping. If one hour isn’t enough, you can book two 1-hour sessions back to back.

Female Energywork
Ancient energy techniques to promote calm and relaxation throughout your entire being. This session may include Reiki, intuitive work, and Access Consciousness. Again, if one hour isn’t enough, you can book two 1-hour sessions back to back.

Ionic Detox Footbath – Add-On
Adding a footbath to your session helps to flush out toxins released during your treatment, preventing a healing crisis from overloading your lymphatic system. It’s an extra layer of self-care, helping you feel refreshed with new vigor and vitality.

Hospice Care
Hospice care at Love 4U Inc. is offered through a compassionate philosophy that prioritizes comfort and support, ensuring it complements any ongoing medical treatments. We customize each session to meet the specific needs of your loved one during their final stages.
