I am a compassionate professional dedicated to helping others. For many years, I worked as a nurse, providing my patients with the best care. After immigrating to Canada, I decided to continue my passion for helping people by offering wellness through therapeutic massage.

I graduated in advanced clinical massage therapy and became a Registered Massage Therapist. Over time, I’ve developed essential skills, including various massage techniques and the careful review of client charts. I ask specific questions to understand what my clients expect from their massage, ensuring that they not only receive the best treatment but also enjoy a pleasant experience.

My extensive knowledge allows me to explore different treatment possibilities for each client. It’s important to me to understand their needs so I can deliver the most appropriate care for every situation.

Massage Modalities

Relaxation Massage
This treatment involves flowing strokes, kneading, and gentle muscle manipulations performed at your preferred pressure level.

Orthopedic Massage
This therapy organizes complex pain management techniques into understandable methods. It’s designed to quickly evaluate, test, and treat common pain syndromes.

Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Points Release
This combination of two techniques works to break down adhesions in the muscles and fascia with firm pressure, while trigger points target knots and stiffness to relieve muscle pain.

Deep Tissue Massage and Cupping Release
This treatment combines deep tissue massage with cupping therapy to help relieve pain, reduce inflammation, improve blood flow, and promote muscle relaxation.

Sports Massage
This technique is tailored for athletes to enhance preparation and recovery from the physical demands of training or competition, using specific massage techniques designed for their needs.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
A gentle massage that promotes the movement of lymph fluids, encouraging the drainage of lymph nodes. This technique can help with conditions like lymphedema and reduce fluid buildup in the lymphatic system, which can help remove waste and toxins from body tissues.
