Massage Therapy Experience

Since 2012, I’ve been helping clients achieve their health goals through massage therapy. My journey began with an active and holistic lifestyle, which led me to pursue a career in massage therapy. Over the years, my practice has evolved with continued education in various modalities to offer a more integrative approach to healing.

I have the privilege of treating a wide range of clients, from children and the elderly to athletes, prenatal women, and those recovering from injuries or surgeries. I have experience in treating conditions like arthritis, migraines, postural dysfunction, TMJ, and SI joint issues. Many clients also experience relief from stress, anxiety, insomnia, and depression through massage, energy work, or guided meditation.
