Yes, some dreams do come true! After more than 25 years in the corporate world, I finally left it behind to pursue my passion for Massage Therapy. With extensive training and education, I am dedicated to accurately assessing and treating your body through the art of massage. My mission is to help clients not only relax but also relieve muscle tension, headaches, stress-related insomnia, anxiety, and depression.
As a registered and licensed 2200-hour Massage Therapist, I bring professionalism and care to each session. I am a proud graduate of Alberta Massage Training and a member of the Remedial Massage Therapists Association. With a deep interest in health and self-care, I specialize in Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Cupping, and Prenatal Massage.
My therapeutic style often involves deeper tissue work, customized to each client’s unique needs. My ultimate goal is to support you on your path to well-being. After all, we only get one body, so nurturing it with massage is essential!
