After overcoming significant health challenges, Sheena pursued a career in Massage Therapy, focusing on John F. Barnes's Myofascial Release techniques. Sheena's mission is to educate the public on body maintenance, with articles on topics such as hyperkyphosis, fascia, posture, and TMJ dysfunction. As a lifelong learner, Sheena continues to expand her expertise with courses like "Anatomy Trains" by Tom Myers and Wim Hof's breathing method.
Services include a variety of massage treatments:
30-minute Therapeutic Massage: $55+GST
45-minute Therapeutic Massage: $68+GST
60-minute Therapeutic Massage: $90+GST
90-minute Therapeutic Massage: $125+GST
120-minute Therapeutic Massage: $160+GST
For more intensive care, the clinic also offers an Intensive Treatment Program featuring 15 hours of treatments per week for significant pain relief. This program includes home self-treatment instructions.
